Parking Building
Our parking building has three levels, the first two levels are enclosed and the top level is open. The building facade is made of natural stone and surrounded by plants and gardens to blend in with the landscape.
The first level has a parking capacity for 200 vehicles. It also includes a restricted area for the parking of highly valuable cars like F1 cars.
The second level contains race cars with an allocated space for Team Ascari and the KZ1 .It also contains storage for Ascari Cars.
Level three is an open parking on the roof of the building with capacity for 100 vehicles.
The building contains parking space, conference room, bathrooms, showers, changing room, meeting rooms and offices available for clients.
The building is equipped with the latest technology in detection and fire protection, sprinkler system, carbon monoxide detection, and surveillance cameras. It also has a perfect lighting system, ventilation system and supply for water, electricity and wifi.
This is an excellent space for the Ascari Academy fleet and the Cars of Ascari Club members. There is always space available for extra corporate event parking if needed.
